This was Myolie's first time attending this event as a singer. She had also successfully starved for 30 hours. She told reporters, "I have sponsored a child from India and another child from Congo". The reporter asked her if she would approach Bosco to sponsor some children, Myolie replied saying that she would ask all her colleagues to sponsor those children in need.
